We SAF ( Saudi Automobile Federation ) founded in the year 1988 , under the Presidency
of Mr. Saif Fahed Al Subaie, have offices all over the Kingdom, offer the services of
Issuance of Carnet de Passage en Douane - CPDs and International Driving Permits to
facilitate the members and general Public to travel abroad.
SAF is a member of the F I A ( Federation Internationale de l’Automobile ). This
International Federation represents more than 230 Automobile and Motor Sport Clubs in
more than 130 Countries. Through this net work of clubs, the F I A aims to ensure that
safe, affordable and clean systems of transport are available to all.
Saudi Automobile Federation (SAF) is the official governing body for motorsport in Saudi Arabia, recognized by the International Automobile Federation (FIA). SAF is responsible for promoting and organizing motorsport events in the Kingdom, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
SAF aims to develop motorsport in Saudi Arabia by providing a platform for local talent, enhancing safety measures, and fostering a culture of motorsport enthusiasts.
