Saudi Automobile
Federation (SAF) is a member of
the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), which represents more than
230 automobile and motorsport clubs in over 130 countries worldwide.
The Saudi Automobile
Federation (SAF) was established in 1988 under the presidency of Mr. Saif bin Fahad Al-Subaie.
Through its offices
across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, SAF provides Carnet de Passages en Douane (CPD) and International Driving Permit (IDP) services, facilitating international
travel for members and the general public with their vehicles through this
extensive network of affiliated clubs.
The FIA aims to
promote safe, sustainable, and
accessible mobility for all,
while supporting motorists and advancing the interests of road users worldwide.
The Saudi Automobile
Federation is also a member of the Alliance Internationale de Tourisme (AIT)
and the Arab Council of Touring and Automobile Clubs (ACTAC).
