These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the app and all related services, including buying, selling, maintenance, and rental of cars and motorcycles. By using the app, you agree to fully comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
By using the Saudi Union for Cars and Motorcycles app, you confirm that:
You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.
The app offers a comprehensive range of services including:
Browsing and purchasing new and used cars and motorcycles, requesting periodic maintenance and repair services, booking appointments at service centers, tracking order status and after-sales services, viewing special offers and discounts, direct communication with the customer service team, and managing the customer's registered vehicle profile.
When creating an account, users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including full name, mobile number, email address, and national ID or residency details. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. The company must be notified immediately if any unauthorized use or breach of the account is suspected.
Vehicle and service prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise. The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders become binding upon confirmation, and a reference number will be sent to the customer. Payment is processed through approved methods available in the app (credit cards, Mada, bank transfer, or installment plans through approved entities).
Customers may cancel their order before shipment confirmation or vehicle handover. After actual delivery, returns are subject to the company's applicable refund policy, which is determined by the nature of the vehicle and the agreed-upon condition. Fees for fully rendered services are non-refundable. For further details, please contact our customer service team.
Users agree not to use the app for any of the following purposes: violating any applicable Saudi or international law or regulation, posting misleading or fraudulent information, attempting to hack or manipulate the app's systems or content, using the app for unauthorized commercial purposes, or harming or harassing any other user.
All content within the app, including logos, designs, texts, images, and technical data, is the exclusive property of the Saudi Union for Cars and Motorcycles or is licensed to it. No content may be copied or reused without prior written permission from the company.
The company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information displayed in the app but does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from reliance on displayed information or temporary service disruptions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
Saudi Union for Cars and Motorcycles reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the app or email, and continued use of the app after amendments are published constitutes implicit acceptance.
